By accessing and using FizzFight services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using our strategic marketing consulting and competitive analysis services.
FizzFight provides market penetration projections, point-of-sale visibility audits, and strategies to optimize profit margins in the premium non-alcoholic soft drink sector. Results are based on verifiable data and recognized analysis methodologies.
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about their product and target market. FizzFight will not be liable for business decisions based on incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client.
FizzFight does not guarantee specific sales results or market share. Reports and projections are analytical tools, not performance promises. Under no circumstances shall FizzFight be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits exceeding the value of the contracted service.
All content generated by FizzFight, including reports, graphics, and methodologies, is the exclusive property of the agency. The client receives a limited use license for internal business purposes, without the right to unauthorized redistribution or modification.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of a material breach, FizzFight reserves the right to immediately suspend the service without refund.
FizzFight reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.
